Terms of Service

Effective date: October 28, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LiqOdds, including liqodds.com, its games, liquidity pools, referral program and every partner site that runs on the LiqOdds platform (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by [OPERATOR NAME] ("LiqOdds", "we", "us").

By creating an account, connecting a wallet or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Rules for each game, fees and liquidity pools are described in the Docs and inside the app. They form part of these Terms. If the Docs and the values shown in the app differ, the values shown in the app at the time of your action apply.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
  • The Service is not available to persons located in, or residents of, [RESTRICTED REGIONS]. Do not use a VPN or any other means to get around this restriction.
  • You are responsible for making sure that using the Service is legal where you live. We make no claim that the Service is legal in your jurisdiction.
  • You may not use the Service if you have previously been banned from it, or if you are using it on behalf of someone who is not eligible.

We may ask you to prove your eligibility at any time, and may suspend your account and withhold withdrawals until you do.

3. Your account

  • One person may hold only one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your wallet, password, email and 2FA device secure. We will never ask for your seed phrase, password or 2FA code.
  • Guest mode uses PLAY, a demo token with no value. PLAY cannot be deposited, withdrawn, sold or exchanged.
  • A referral relationship is fixed once it is bound and cannot be changed.

4. Deposits, custody & withdrawals

  • Custody. The Service is custodial. Deposits go to deposit addresses we create for your account, and your balance, bets and liquidity pool shares are recorded in our ledger. Your balance is a record of what we owe you in each token; it is not held in a smart contract.
  • Deposits. Only send supported tokens on supported networks to the address shown in the app. Tokens sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or tokens we do not support may be lost and may not be recoverable. Deposits are credited after network confirmation, and minimum deposit amounts apply.
  • Withdrawals. Withdrawals require 2FA or another verification method we offer, and may only go to addresses on your whitelist. New addresses, password changes, 2FA changes and email changes trigger waiting periods described in the Docs.
  • Reviews. Withdrawals may be reviewed before they are sent. We may delay, hold or refuse a withdrawal while we review it, including to check for prohibited conduct or to meet legal obligations.
  • Finality. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. You are responsible for the withdrawal address you provide.
  • No interest. Balances do not earn interest. Network fees may apply.

5. Games & bets

  • Every game is played against the liquidity pool of the token you bet with.
  • A fee is taken from every stake, win or lose. The fee is currently 1% and is shown before you bet.
  • A bet is final once we accept it. You cannot cancel it unless the game rules allow it.
  • Bet sizes and payouts are limited by the size of the pool, including a maximum stake and a maximum profit per bet. Winnings above a limit are paid at the limit.
  • Game outcomes are determined by our servers. The record in our ledger is final, unless an error is found under Section 6.
  • If you lose your connection, the game continues. Auto cash-out settings are applied by the server. You are responsible for your own connection and device.
  • We may change game parameters, add or remove games, tokens or indexes, or pause any game at any time. Changes apply to new bets only.

6. Errors, malfunctions & fairness

  • If a bet is affected by a system error, malfunction, wrong price data or an obvious mistake in odds or settlement, we may void the bet and refund the stake, or correct the result.
  • If funds are credited to your account by mistake, they remain ours. You must not use them, and we may reverse them.
  • For games that offer verification (see the Docs), the server seed is committed by hash before the round and revealed afterward, so you can check the result. Verification tools are provided as is.
  • Trading games use volatility indexes, which are the market price with a seeded random movement added. They are not the spot price of any asset.

7. Liquidity provision

  • By depositing tokens into a pool you receive pool shares recorded in our ledger. Pool shares are not a deposit account, a loan, a security or a promise of any return.
  • The pool is the counterparty to player bets. When players win, the pool loses value, and you may get back less than you deposited, or nothing.
  • Entry fees, minimum holding periods, daily redemption cut-offs, redemption pricing and activation thresholds apply as described in the Docs. Redemptions may be delayed when pool reserves are not enough.
  • We may pause betting, deposits or redemptions for a pool to protect it, including when loss limits are triggered.
  • We do not provide investment advice. Past results do not predict future results.

8. Referrals & partner sites

  • Referral reward rates are set by us for each site and may change at any time. Rewards are paid as described in the Docs.
  • Self-referral, referring your own accounts, or using fake or incentivized accounts is prohibited. We may cancel rewards earned this way.
  • Partner sites (Pro Alliance) run on the LiqOdds platform under their own brand and domain. These Terms apply to your use of any partner site. Partners are not authorized to make promises on our behalf, and we are not responsible for their marketing statements.
  • White label deployments are governed by separate agreements and their own terms.

9. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • use bots, scripts or automated tools to place bets, except for features we provide;
  • open or control more than one account, or collude with other users;
  • exploit a bug, error or weakness in the Service, or fail to report one you find;
  • manipulate or try to manipulate prices, indexes or game outcomes;
  • use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or with funds from illegal sources;
  • interfere with, attack or overload the Service, or access it in ways we do not allow;
  • impersonate LiqOdds, our staff or any partner.

If we reasonably believe you have broken this section, we may void affected bets, cancel winnings and rewards, freeze your balance while we investigate, close your account, and report to the authorities where required.

10. Responsible gaming

  • Play only with money you can afford to lose. Gaming should be entertainment, not a way to make money.
  • You can set daily bet and loss limits and pause your account for 1, 7 or 30 days. A pause cannot be lifted early.
  • If you think you have a gambling problem, stop playing and seek help from a local support organization.

11. Suspension & closure

  • You can stop using the Service at any time. Withdraw your balance first.
  • We may suspend or close your account, or limit features, if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect the Service or other users.
  • When we close an account, we will return the remaining balance to you, unless it is linked to prohibited conduct or we are legally required to hold it.
  • We may stop offering the Service, a game or a token. If we do, we will give reasonable notice where we can so you can withdraw.

12. Risks

You understand and accept that:

  • crypto assets are volatile and their value can fall to zero;
  • blockchain networks can be congested, fork or fail, and transactions cannot be reversed;
  • a custodial service carries the risk of loss through hacking, operational failure or other events beyond our control;
  • laws and regulations about crypto assets and gaming may change and may affect your ability to use the Service.

13. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data or opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of your balance with us at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to compensate us for losses caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the Service after the change, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Any dispute will be resolved by [DISPUTE FORUM]. Before starting any proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
